IBS is a disease which may be due to several things. It is known as irritable bowel syndrome in which patient will feel difficulty in passing the bowel. Sleep: Getting a good sleep is very important for your body to function properly. If you do not give rest to your body then it will react and you will get different kinds of diseases as a result of sleep deprivation. You have to sleep for 7 to 8 hours every night so that your body will get enough time to heal and rest.
